Let It Out

Do you ever feel tired for no reason?

Or do you feel that but you don’t know the cause?

Well, you can try to think about the unspoken.

Any feeling or any words that you keep silent.


I think we all have something that we left unspoken.

And there are many reasons why we do that.

Maybe cause we don’t want to fight in relationship.

Or maybe cause we don’t want to deal with bullshit.


I can’t explain the science about this.

But it is one of my favorite list.

Something you can’t get out emotionally.

It will affects you, inside physically.


I admit that sometimes it just so hard to let it out.

Thinking the after effects that might be too risky.

I only want to realize that the consequences is bad.

Even though in the end it’s up to our principles that we had.
